G-8 is a character created by Robert J. Hogan. He first appeared in the novel The Bat Staffel, first published in the October 1933 issue of G-8 and His Battle Aces.
G-8 is identified as a member of the Wold Newton family in Doc Savage: His Apocalyptic Life (1973). He is also conflated with Captain Midnight.
