FANDOM


Doctor Omega is a character created by Arnould Galopin. He first appeared in the 1906 novel Doctor Omega.

The character is widely believed to be the Crossover Universe's own incarnation of Doctor Who, whose own exploits chiefly take place in a separate universe.
